Ladies' Captain's Announcements
On Sunday we are off to Bowood in Wiltshire for my Lady Captain's away weekend and look forward to having a fun time.It takes about two hours and 15 minutes to get there so it would be advisable to get there by 11.30 if you wish to get a sandwich before our first tee off time at 12.30pm.Dinner is at 8.30 presumably because they are busy on Mothers Day.
The Pearson team lost 5-2 to Highgate away on Monday but had two narrow losses on the 18th.
It was good to see Dawn Rose for lunch sporting her plaster cast and we hope she will be playing again soon.Mia phoned me to say her operation has been cancelled as her ECG results were not good enough. She is in good spirits but cannot get out unaided.
Tracey has asked me to remind you to sign up for the summer knockouts by April 14th.If you cannot access the VI app you can do so in the pro shop.It doesn't seem to be working at the moment but hope it will be fixed soon so keep trying.
