Fine Dining

​Our first Fine Dining on Thursday was packed with top-quality produce from some of the best local suppliers to demonstrate the cooking styles seen on the menu, such as the monkfish with roasted fennel purée or the pan fried scallops wrapped in pancetta with textures of cauliflower. We included exquisite fine wines starting with Tabali Reserva Viognier from Chile followed by Sileni Cellar Selection Chardonnay from Hawkes Bay, New Zealand and Alta Vista Estate Premium Cabernet Sauvignon, from Argentina.
