The first of the sprinklers heads are now installed with the 9th green and 10th tees fully fitted with heads and valves.
Work has now moved onto the 8th green followed by the 9th tees and 10th green.
After many weeks of dressing and rolling the 12th green will be back in play for the weekend. Their will be a few bobbles as the green settles but this will improve over time with regular cutting and rolling.
After the heavy rain at the weekend we felt it necessary to ban buggy use on Sunday and Monday because of many visible tyre marks after Saturdays play.
This week we have roped off areas and put directional signage out to guide buggy users on the driest route away from the wet areas.
Please abide by the ropes and the signs to allow the buggies and electric trollies to stay on for as long as possible.
5th Hole Drainage
As reported last week the 5th drainage works will start on Monday 20th November.
Location of the drainage will mean working directly in front of the green, so your patience and understanding will be appreciated for this work to be carried out safely and quickly.
